Carburetor Bundle Pack for K241, K301, M10, and M12 Engines

Fit great, however needed a little modification when the metal air filter cover was installed. Not enough clearance for throttle and governor to function properly. This went on a very old 210 John Deere mower with a Kohler engine.

I have owned a 1968 Wheel Horse Raider 12 for over 11 years now. I had rebuilt the carb twice but age and wear finally took its toll. I ordered the K301 Bundle pack from ISAVETRACTORS and received it two days ago. I installed it the same day. I removed the "L" shaped fuel elbow and installed my brass fitting in the carb and everything bolted right up. I attempted to start my tractor with the carb settings as they were shipped. It fired right up. I made some minor adjustments on the Hi and Lo screws and now my WH appears to be running great again. If you need a carb for your tractor, I'd recommend these carburetors. I left a message the day before. Very nice gentleman called Me back. I explained to him what I was looking for. Gave me all the advise I needed and I purchased. Installed yesterday. Works great.

I went for the entire kit and am glad. Mine had the walbro carb and it was in bad shape. We had to use the Dremel to alleviate the clearance problem (throttle level/air filter housing) others mention but that was the only real issue. The carb bolts are open (as can be seen in the picture) so that can be a little tricky when installing the gasket and the bolts but no big deal. I like the governor on this one much better than the original rod and plastic fittings. My advise is to follow the instructions completely and replace the entire gas lines, install the inline filter and the shut-off valve. Although mine was running better after the new carb was installed, it still stalled out after 20-30 minutes. Turns out, I'd left the original shutoff valve in place and of course, it was restricting the gas flow! That one's on me for thinking it was just the carb. It's a very good product, good price fast ship and they must know their business! Thanks.
