Carburetor Bundle Pack for K241, K301, M10, and M12 Engines

The carburetor kit was an excellent product for my 1985, 1210 Cub Cadet. I had to slightly modify the end of the bracket where the throttle linkage connects (hitting backside of air cleaner) and make a slight low speed adjustment. Also, the 3 air cleaner bolts where reduced from 1in to 3/4in. With that said, it fired right up without issue. I have been struggling with the tractor and various maintenance items, my wife even gave me the green light to get a new one. Without a doubt ISAVETRACTORS saved this old cub. Thanks!

Was about nuts looking for replacement for 1995 Gravely 12HP Professional M-12 walk behind. Kohler recommended this company. ISaveTractors are great to work with. Had to modify linkage slightly. Tractor runs fine now.

I did have to bend the Gov. to carb. linkage, as it is not a true 90º bend., a simple fix. Also had to drill out the hole in the choke lever, as it was too small to accept the heavy gauge cable. Also a simple fix. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase. Tractor started right up, and idled great, with no adjustments.

I installed this kit easily. It took a couple of hours at a leisurely pace. I think if I pushed up the, fixing other things cleaning grease etc, I could easily do it in half an hour. I also installed a new sediment bowl at the same time. Everything seemed to be high quality and fit just like the original. Tractor fired right up but would run good coming off idle. One quick turn of the high speed adjustment and it’s way better than the old carb. This is on a cub cadet 125 with a Kohler engine. The old carb was so bad that the tractor wouldn’t stay running below about 1/3 throttle. Now it operates perfectly through the entire range. Thanks for the high quality fix at a reasonable price. The only thing I’d add to the kit is another 1/8” pipe to 1/4” barb fitting. Since my tractor originally had hard lines and no inline filter, I needed to run downtown to get this one part to complete the job with the new rubber hose, shutoff and filter.

The new carburetor has shoulders on left and right sides that partially covers the slots where the bolts fasten the carburetor to the engine making it very hard to fasten the carburetor to the block. The original carburetor did not have these shoulders. Also what holds the throttle rod to the governor arm? I looked several times through the box and could not find anything to hold the throttle rod to the governor arm. Otherwise everything is running very well. I still have to make some minor adjustments. I will refer this site to any one that needs parts for any small gas engine. I might send you pictures of the parts mentioned in this review.
