iSaveTractors brand aftermarket piston for Onan CCK, CCKA, and CCKB Engines. Made from quality cast alunimum alloy and CNC machined to precise dimensions.

These pistons come in STD, .010", .020", and .030" oversizes.

Compatible with 16HP through 20HP Onan CCK, CCKA, CCKB Engines commonly found on old Simplicity 4040, 4041, 9020 Powermax garden tractors, CASE garden tractors, Allis Chalmbers 616, 620 garden tractors as well as on various Bobcast skid loaders and other small heavy equipment.

    Piston and pin great, rings not as good

    The piston amd pin were excellent and within specs. However, the rings have a little to be desired. First the oil ring is the old single piece instead of the newer 3 piece. While it is oem style it is old technology. Second the rings are not that tight. The service manual calls for ring end gap to be between .010-.023. The best I could get is .017. While this is within spec it's towards the end of spec meaning it will act similar to worn rings. I wish these were in the tighter side so the rings would have more life. The cylinder was at oem spec so it's not an issue of worn out cylinders. If it wasn't for the rings being larger gap than I think new ones should be I would give it 5 stars. Great quality just not how I would expect rings to be new.

    did not install my self as I did not feel I had experience to do . after your video and working a short time with my guy I would do myself. thanks norm
