The size of the piston refers to the piston skirt diameter. If you are looking for an oversize, make sure you measure your engine's bore to determine the appropriate oversize piston.

    No problem putting the old Kohler back together, rings were already properly sized

    Perfect fit, engine had been burning oil for years and finally broke the crank. Old cylinder was beat up too so replaced it too with the new ring set. Not burning oil anymore and runs strong so I'm happy.
