    Ignition coil Kohler K181

Posted by Jon on May 16th 2021

As expected, some inventiveness required particularly for low side wire which is short, required splicing/shrink wrap insulation and careful routing on low side as location differed from orig, but no issue. Low side resistance ca 1.5 ohms, high side about 5k. No problem fitting to core. Works fine.

Good service, timely arrival .Product function not evaluated since it was returned for replacement by a different size part.

Good replacement part, however a few things slightly different from the original Kohler part.
