This carb worked fine. Only have 1 suggestion. The barb that the 1450 cub Cadet had a 3/8 gas line barb fitting. I used the one from the old carb. and it worked fine. Thank you

I bought this to replace the cheap p.o.s. I wasted my money on. While that carb worked, it required modifications to get the fuel line attached and It was starting hard after 5 months. Then, after six months gas started pouring from the air cleaner. It had a plastic float that was full of gas (obviously won’t float anymore) This carb required no modifications. I popped the bowl off to check. It does have a brass float. No adjustments were needed. Started up quickly and ran well. It looks like better carb . You get what you pay for. I now have a tractor that runs and a doorstop that smells like gas. It’s more cost effective to buy a good part once.

I looked for a carb for my old tractor for years but they were discontinued from kohler so I was left with changing motors or scrapping it, this carb is a small part but a very important item that I couldn’t get along without . Thanks

installed it and the .motor fired right up. I thought it had the triangle choke lever installed according to the description. but it has the longer choke installed my choke is backwards on the dash but that's fine lol
