    Parts received were good

    Still waiting on gaskets for this kit , paid extra shipping to receive order quickly but not all parts were in stock

    Prefer if all components of the kit would have been looked through and verified to make sure that all parts are correct…

    K181 rebuild kit

    Great rebuild kit. I only had 2 issues. One the oil dipper was 2 long and I had to grind it down a little bit. 2 I pull the tractor so the carburetor it comes with was a little bit smaller. But overall a great kit.

    Gaskets

    I have a couple of comments. 1.) The air filter to carb gasket had 2 holes for the retaining screws but my engine (model K181S/spec 30500d) had 3 mounting screw holes, as did the carburetor. 2.) Please include in the gasket set the grommet for the points cover. I have never seen a Kohler engine that was to the point of overhaul that did not need that grommet replaced. 3. Please consider adding the valve seats to the kit. 4. The coil mounting bracket coil tensioning hardware was too long to allow the bracket to be mounted to the engine bracket. Otherwise, everything went together well. Thanks.

    Good product except box was torn and the intake valve was missing, they sent me another. Can’t say that this was the supplies fault but paid for the faster shipping and it took several days longer than was displayed may have been the postal service.
