Shipping and Store Policies

Payments

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa through phone sales and website sales. We also accept PayPal payments through our website checkout. Checks and Money Orders are not accepted.

Shipping 

We offer affordable shipping through the United States Postal Service. We offer Priority Mail and Ground Advantage. Special requests can be made for USPS Express Mail.

Handling

We are a small family run business. We are pretty fast, but please give us 1 to 2 business days to process and ship your order.

Tracking

Our system automatically emails you tracking information when we ship your order.

International Shipping: 

We ship international orders using the United States Postal Service. Duty payments are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that shipping to countries other than the USA, can take between 1 to 2 weeks for final delivery. 

Your country may also charge you taxes, duties, and other fees. Please check with your country's customs office for further information.

Return and Exchange Policy

You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 business days after we receive it. It can take up to a week for your Bank or Credit Card company to process it on their end, but normally it is done very quick.

If you would like to exchange a product for another you may do so within 30 days. Unless there is a defect, you will be responsible for paying return shipping, any difference in product price, and the shipping of the new product. 

If a return is received not in "New Re-sellable Condition," the refund may be rejected. In this case, we cannot guarantee to return your parts, so before returning make sure the item is in "New Re-sellable Condition."

What does Re-sellable Condition Mean?

Parts returned must be in unused condition, have no measurement marks, no dirt, grease, or grime on them. Packaging must be re-usable, and not excessively dirty.

Restocking Fee

We no longer charge re-stocking fees.

Shipping Errors

If we make a mistake and send you an item other than what you ordered, we will fix it at no cost to you.

Back Orders

We receive inventory by the truck load and do our best to keep a constant stock for our customers. However, sometimes there are delays in our supply line. When this happens we will post clearly on the product page the back order status with an expected ship date. 

Order Cancellations/Changes

If we haven't shipped your order yet, you can email or call us to cancel your order. Try to cancel as soon as possible to avoid the possibility we already shipped it.

Defective Products

We work very hard to ensure quality control among our product line, but let's face it, stuff happens occasionally. Don't fear, we stand behind our products. If you receive a defective part, let us know within a reasonable time frame of ordering (30 Days after order date). We will send you a return shipping label, and will fix your problem. If we can't fix the defect, we will send you another one and ensure it is right the second time around. Simple! The way it should be. 

Warranty

All iSaveTractors branded products carry a 1 year replacement warranty. Contact us for further warranty claim information.

International Warranties

Replacements under warranty are free of charge however shipping is paid by the customer for international orders only.
