Know before working with us. We are not Amazon. We are not the United States Post Office. iSaveTractors has 80,000+ Customers, and is run by only 2 people. We are human, we have families, and we do take breaks. We however love tractors and our goal is to provide you with the best experience we can.
The Customer's Responsibility
You, as the old tractor or engine savior, need to do your diligence before ordering. Buying parts for old engines and machines is not the same as buying parts for new engines and machines. You do need to know or at least be interested in learning about working on old equipment.
Helpful tips for new customers:
- Patience
- Understand, variations exist across engines that were in production for 30+ years and began production 50+ years ago. You're working on old stuff perhaps owned by 1 or more people before you.
- Read our website, look at pictures, and watch our videos to learn more about this exciting hobby.
- Understand that the information and practice of repairing old equipment is a dying art. Few mechanics and shops still work on these machines. You need to have knowledge even if you're working with independent mechanics.
- Understand, that old machines are old machines. You will need to problem solve, and that is an expectation you should have for yourself.
- Patience. Patience when wrenching, patience when waiting for parts, and patience when problem solving.
If you understand, are patient, and want to learn about old tractors and small engines, we are happy to be your guide! We love these engines, machines, and love the folks who love them too.
Orders
You may place orders online on our website https://www.isavetractors.com 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
We can also help you place orders by phone at 207-298-9701.
It is best however for you to order directly on our website. We are a small business with lots of customers, phone wait times can vary. Please leave a message and we will return your call.
Payments
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa through phone sales and website sales. We also accept PayPal payments through our website checkout. Checks and Money Orders are not accepted.
Shipping
We offer affordable shipping through the United States Postal Service. We offer Priority Mail and Ground Advantage. Special requests can be made for USPS Express Mail.
Handling
We are a small family run business. We are pretty fast, but please give us 1 to 2 business days to process and ship your order.
Tracking
Our system automatically emails you tracking information when we ship your order.
International Shipping:
We ship international orders using the United States Postal Service. Duty payments are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that shipping to countries other than the USA, can take between 1 to 2 weeks for final delivery.
Your country may also charge you taxes, duties, and other fees. Please check with your country's customs office for further information.
Return and Exchange Policy
You may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are normally processed within 14 business days after we receive it. It can take up to a week for your Bank or Credit Card company to process it on their end, but normally it is done very quick.
If you would like to exchange a product for another you may do so within 30 days. You will be responsible for paying return shipping, any difference in product price, and the shipping of the new product.
If a return is received not in "New Re-sellable Condition," the refund may be rejected. In this case, we cannot guarantee to return your parts, so before returning make sure the item is in "New Re-sellable Condition."
What does Re-sellable Condition Mean?
Parts returned must be in un-used condition, have no measurement marks, no dirt, grease, or grime on them. Packaging must be re-usable, and not excessively dirty.
Restocking Fee
We no longer charge re-stocking fees.
Shipping Errors
If we make a mistake and send you an item other than what you ordered, we will fix it at no cost to you.
Back Orders
We receive inventory by the truck load and do our best to keep a constant stock for our customers. However, sometimes there are delays in our supply line. When this happens we will post clearly on the product page the back order status with an expected ship date. You will be able to pre-order the item so as soon as it's in stock, it will ship.
Order Cancellations/Changes
If we haven't shipped your order yet, you can email or call us to cancel your order. Try to cancel as soon as possible to avoid the possibility we already shipped it. We can't guarantee we will see your message in time for cancellation, so please do your own diligence before ordering.
Defective Products
What does defective mean?
- It means a part determined by iSaveTractors to be at fault due to manufacturing errors. This is determined by iSaveTractors through a series of tests that can be done by the customer and results sent to iSaveTractors.
- In the case of a defective product a replacement will be sent after determining the issue.
- If the issue is caused by incorrect user installation, incorrect user error, or insufficient knowledge by customer, the product is not considered defective.

Warranty
All iSaveTractors branded products carry a 1 year replacement warranty. Contact us for further warranty claim information.
International Warranties
Replacements under warranty are free of charge however shipping is paid by the customer for international orders only.
