Description
Fuel tank shut off valve for plastic fuel tanks that don't have threads. These will work for John Deere 300, 400 series, Wheel Horse 300, 400 series, Ford LGT Close Sides and other garden tractots with plastic fuel tanks. Be sure to purchase a new rubber bushing as well.

Low quality part
This is the same taiwan part sold on ebay with the gasket, fuel filter, clamps and hose for $10, with free delivery. I got it for my Simplicity 7117 with the plastic tank and you have no way to even access it under there. I would not even want to use this if it was accessable due to the tiny fuel passage and no prefilter. It seems like any small debris would clog the valve up. Lesson learned, I thought the parts sold from a tractor restorer would be of a better quality.
