Description

Carburetor for Briggs and Stratton Cast Iron Engines.

This is a replacement for the Briggs and Stratton Large 2 Piece Flo Jet Carburetor.

The carburetor body is made of a high quality cast aluminium. We have also implemented an improvement over the original Flo Jet Design. We have added a neoprene o-ring between the emulsion tube and carburetor body. This prevents leaks from the bottom of the carburetor.

Specs:

Intake Mounting threads: 1/4-20

Air Cleaner Mounting Thread on bottom: M6-1.0

About the choke lever:

This choke lever is designed to be manually operated by hand.

*Intake Gasket Sold Separately

Briggs carb (16 hp Briggs on lincoln weldanpower 225)

Posted by Joshua Johnson on Aug 24th 2018

Very satisfied with this product. Zero adjustment, bolt straight up no problem. Welding machine set up for 2 years before I finally got around to messing with it broke my jet in my carb purchases this one and it came in 3 days early. Put new carb on, along with new plug and good gas busted right off like I said very satisfied with product and service.

My old Briggs 243000 series lives again

The previous owner rebuilt the carb and stripped the high speed needle adjustment threads in the carb body to the point of rendering the carb useless.
After I bolted on the new carb, the engine started on the first pull and ran beautifully, right out of the box.
