Note:

These guides will need to reamed to a final size of .3125" ID. You can do this with a 5/16" Chucking Reamer Tool in a handheld power drill or with a handheld tap wrench chuck. This is also cited on page 11.6 of the Kohler Service Manual.

    Just as described and fit well. Only thing I would add is the option of a reamer to be included to ream them after installation. Not many places around my area carry a 5/16 reamer for some reason.

    Polish the end before installing.

    These are a good replacement for a K341 but a very tight fit. Best to use a driver with a pneumatic hammer. The guide had a tool burr on the end that I sanded off before installing.

    Quality part.

    Old guide must be removed, new one pressed in and reamed with .325" chucking reamer. Complete instructions are available online from factory Kohler manual. Could pose problems if you don't have basic machining skills.
